Glossy and Bright Yellow Powder Coating
Introduction
High gloss powder coating is a kind of excellent performance coating, with the following characteristics:
– Appearance performance: high gloss, can present the extreme gloss saturation and excellent light reflection performance, make the surface of the object bright and gorgeous, decorative strong.
– Composition and environmental protection: mainly composed of polyester resin, will not produce organic solvent evaporation problem, green and safe.
– Application scope: widely used in aluminum alloy doors and Windows, indoor metal furniture, cars, home appliances, file cabinets, radiators, fitness equipment and other metal products surface coating, but also can be used in outdoor sports equipment, toys, etc.
Most powder coating is used by electrostatic spraying on metal surface, and then cure in oven, eventually form a solid layer.

| Cupping Test | ≥8mm | Good ductility, capable of withstanding stretching without breaking. |
| Heat Resistance 1000 hours | Popping<1mm | Exceptional heat resistance, with less than 1mm popping after 1000 hours. |
| Salt Spray 1000 hours | Corrosion Spreading | Excellent corrosion resistance, performing well in salt spray tests. |
