Insulating Powder Coating
Product Features:
High electrical insulation properties, with a large resistance coefficient and low dielectric constant, meeting the requirements for general enameled wire and electronic component encapsulation.
Capable of rapid low-temperature curing and can also utilize residual heat curing (for heat-resistant components).
Excellent adhesion and flexibility, with good moisture resistance, anti-aging properties, thermal stability, flame retardancy, and adjustable color options.
Edge coverage greater than 30%, with a breakdown voltage greater than 40KV/mm.
Resistant to heat, wear, water, acids, alkalis, and salts; the coating is continuous and smooth, with a very dense texture.
For large and heavy components, fluidized bed preheating and residual heat curing are recommended.
