Fluorocarbon powder coating/tough coat powder coating
Standard fluorocarbon powder coating is a 100% solid powder coating with fluorine-containing resin as the main film-forming material. It is a new type of coating material modified and processed on the basis of fluorine resin. Its main feature is that the resin contains a large number of F-C bonds, and its bond energy is 485Kmol, which is the first among all chemical bonds. Under the action of heat and light (including ultraviolet rays), the F-C bond is difficult to break. Therefore, it shows super long weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, so its stability is the best among all resin coatings.
Its weather resistance fully meets the quality requirements of GB/T5237.4-2017 Class III, Qualicoat Class 3. and AAMA2605.
The organic integration of Standard ultrafine powder technology and metal bonding 3.0 makes its coating show super flatness and metallic glitter, reflecting a colorful and high-value surface effect, and protecting the brilliance of outdoor architectural metal materials.
