DAGONG-MEGA CERAMIC automatic electromagnetic iron remover is specially designed for ceramic tile plants that need to remove iron powder and magnetic material in slurry production(slurry temperature less than 60℃). It is also widely used in other industry such as mine, chemical, food and electron industry etc. Advantages:
1.Lower energy consumption, high gradient magnetic field, well-proportioned even magnetic fields distribution, good iron removal performance.
2.H grade high temperature electromagnetic wire: The insulation grade is 5 to 10 times higher compared with old type.
3.Full-automatic system: without manual operation and thorough iron separating.
4.Vibration motor together with high-pressure water pump for unwanted-iron discharge, thus make the remove cleaner and easier.
5.The brake valve is made of imported materials, there is no leaking, low wear-loss, low wastage, low air consumption.
6.The magnetic dielectric adopts high performance stainless magnetic conductive plate: the highest magnetic field is up to 20000GS. It is easy to discharge the unwanted-iron materials just by switching off the power.
