Neutralizer STD-9851
STD-9851 neutralizer is a water-soluble amide corrosion inhibitor. This additive has both neutralizing and corrosion inhibition effects. It can be used in a wide pH range and can adapt to the anti-corrosion requirements of crude oil under variable conditions.
Properties
This additive is a yellow or brown liquid, alkaline, irritating and corrosive to the human body, has good thermal stability, does not contain heavy metals and halogen elements, and has no side effects on subsequent products and catalysts.
Use
It is suitable for use in the three-top system of the refining atmospheric and vacuum units of petrochemical enterprises produced with organic amides as the main component, to adjust the pH value of the condensate at the top of the atmospheric and vacuum units, reduce the acidity of volatile acids, prevent corrosion at the top of the tower, and extend the operation cycle of the unit. The use of this product will not have adverse effects on the downstream system.
Precautions
The injection point is on the three-top volatile line. The addition amount is based on the flow rate of the top distillate, and the injection concentration is generally 30~50PPM, and the injection amount is adjusted according to the pH value of the initial, normal, and reduced top condensate. The injection method is continuous injection.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel with a net weight of 180 ± 0.5 kg or as required by the user.
Safety protection
This additive is non-toxic and should be protected from sunlight, rain and impact during transportation. It should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat and fire sources.
