Diphenylsilanediol Description

CFS-422, Diphenylsilanediol is a phenyl organosilane which is mainly used as an important chemical intermediate. It is also known as diphenyldihydroxysilane or abbreviated DPSD.

Diphenylsilanediol Application

CFS-422 can be used as a basic raw material for the preparation of phenyl silicone fluid.

CFS-422 can be used as the structure control agent of silicone rubber and an intermediate for other organic silicone compounds.

CFS-422 can be used to produce organic polymers with high refractive index and high transmittance. Such polymers are mainly used for LED or electronic encapsulation materials.

CFS-422 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.

CFS-422 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.

When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-422 has a shelf life of 12months.
