TMF-077FR halogen-free Synergistic Flame Retardants
TMF-077FR is an excellent flame retardant synergist, the main component of stannous silicate, with the halogen flame retardant substances in the gaseous state of the extinguish the flame. Their second role is to accelerate the production of carbon in solid state. These two compounds are in the true sense of the oxide mixture, silicon atoms and tin atoms distributed in the crystal lattice, the chemical distribution of this crystal makes the stannous silicate with fire performance. Flame retardant synergist is currently used mainly to replace the state of restricted production of antimony trioxide flame retardant, the material while environmental protection can significantly reduce the cost of production products. At present, customers have been used in PP, ABS, HIPS, wire and cable, PBT, PA and other flame retardant modification, can also be used in rubber materials, widely praised by customers.
