Product Overview
Blue Kingfisher epoxy colored sand self-leveling floor paint is the preferred floor material for industrial scenarios, specially designed for factory workshops and heavy equipment areas. It takes epoxy resin and natural colored sand as the core materials, which can easily withstand the long-term crushing of heavy equipment such as forklifts and machine tools, and at the same time resist the corrosion of oil stains and acid and alkali solutions in industrial production, effectively avoiding the wear or peeling of the floor. The construction process is simple and convenient. It can dry and take shape in 24 hours and fully harden in 7 days, which can reduce the downtime of industrial production. It also supports color customization, allowing the color tone to be adjusted according to the functional zones of the factory building. It takes into account both practicality and scene adaptability, providing industrial B-end customers with a "durable + efficient" floor solution.
Technical parameters
The product form is a water-based liquid coating containing natural colored sand particles. The specifications are available in two types: 5kg per drum and 20kg per drum. Under conditions of 25℃ temperature and 50% humidity, the surface drying time is no more than 4 hours and the full drying time is no more than 24 hours. The scrub resistance is ≥3000 times. There is no abnormality after 24 hours of alkaline soaking and no abnormality after 96 hours of water soaking. Solid content ≥70%, VOC content ≤80g/L, free formaldehyde ≤0.08g/kg. Construction temperature: 5℃-35℃. Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool and dry place.
