Aluform formworkis a aluminium shuttering constructionsystem for casting the concrete structure of a building. The lightweight aluminium panels and simple installation deliver greater efficiency on the site. All components such as walls, columns, floors, beams, stairways and balconies as well as openings for windows and doors can be constructed with this system. Compared with traditional formwork, aluminium column formworkcan be recycled as industrial aluminium profiles. With an average weight of 23 - 27 kg/m2, aluminium formwork is easy to install, and it can also save the aluminium formwork costof manpower and increase efficiency. Meanwhile, the concrete made by aluminium formwork system has a much better finish than that by the traditional systems, thus greatly improving the project quality.

Our 5000-ton extrusion press can produce as large as 450mm width aluminium formwork panels, which is sufficient in most cases. Packing and Delivery of Aluminium Formwork
Packing of Aluminium Formwork:
Similar to the packing of Otalum's T-slot aluminum profile, a protective film will be stuck on the aluminium formwork's visible surface, and a heat shrink film or craft paper will be utilized to cover and protect the outside. Customized packing of Aluminium Formwork is also available.
Delivery of Aluminium Formwork:
- Production time of Aluminium Formwork: 25-30days after the deposit is received and samples are confirmed.
