Product Description
This series of products uses polyester resin and epoxy resin as the main base material to make thermosetting powder coating.
Product Features
Good adhesion, excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance;
Good leveling and gloss;
Strong chemical resistance and corrosion resistance;
Better heat resistance and light resistance stability than pure epoxy powder.
Special effects
Various wrinkles, metal, pearlescent effects and mixed colors, etc.
Application areas
Suitable for coating of various indoor products, widely used in any indoor purposes such as furniture, household appliances, industrial equipment, sports equipment, toys, hardware machinery, store shelves, lamps, etc.
Transportation packaging
Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box is 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and contact with chemicals.
Hygiene and safety
Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

| Storage stability | Epoxy/polyester powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35℃, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If it exceeds the period, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used. Note: For low-temperature curing types and powders with a gloss of less than 40% (60°), the storage temperature should be below 30℃. |
