2'-Fluoro Phosphoramidites
RNA oligonucleotides synthesized with 2'-fluorinated Bz A, iBu G, Ac C, and U phosphoramidite showed enhanced body thermal stability of RNA double-stranded and nuclease resistance of single-stranded RNA. These 6 fam phosphoramidites were incorporated into custom siRNA oligonucleotides for gene targeting and inhibition studies. Huaren products are designed, manufactured and packaged for 2'-fluorescein phosphoramidites to ensure the highest performance of commercial synthesizers. Each batch is accompanied by a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis and tracking, and present the results of our quality control test. Huaren phosphoramidites are packaged in industry-standard vials that are specially cleaned to eliminate particulate contamination.
