aluminum powder paste for aac concrete block application
Aluminum paste GLS-65 is an indispensible additive to produce Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). The mixture of sand, lime, plaster, cement and aluminum paste is mixed regularly to take shape in steel moulds. Aluminum paste will react to create gas to fill the holes to expand the size of concrete mixture. The quality of aluminum paste has great influence on density, structure and surface of AAC. After the reaction finishes, the solution starts to solidify and has light weight. Then the compound are cut into small parts depending on requirements and taken into hydro oven to create the intensity and stability of the structure.
