Planetary mixer
1) JCT Planetary Mixer is a new highly efficient mixing device without dead angle, it has a unique, novel stirring form, there are two or three sets of stirrer in kettle, a set of automatic scraper, when stirrer is revolving around the axis of kettle, it’s also rotating around its own axis in different speeds at the same time, so that the material can do a complex motion in cylinder and it’s strongly sheared and mixed. Besides, the scraper in kettle rotates around the axis to scrape the material which stick to wall ,then mixing again, make the effect more better. The machine is mainly used in high viscosity materials.
2)Cylinder with special seal structure, equipment has good sealing performance, it can extract vacuum, with favorable effects of venting and removing bubbles.
3) Cylinder jacket can be heated and cooled according to user needs.
4) Cylinder head can be lifted by hydraumatic, mixing tank can move freely and easy to operate. And stirring scraper and blade can rise with the beam, completely out of the kettle, easy to clean.
5) The machine is suitable for mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolution, quenching and other processes of multi-component solid - solid, solid - liquid, liquid-liquid materials, these processes according to the requirements of chemical industry, light industry, batteries, pharmaceuticals, building materials, pesticides and other industries. Such as inks, paints, adhesives, sealants, plastic packaging ointment, paste materials, grease, paint, paste cosmetics, additives and other highly viscous substance.
6)The forms of mixer can be multiple propellers type, frame type and claw type according to materials requirements.
