◆Performance:
-HD OT 20 is a polymer sulfur with high dispersibility, which is insoluble in rubber. It can prolong the scorch time of rubber compound, prevent the migration of sulfur and improve the viscosity of rubber surface;
-HD OT 20 is pollution-free and does not change the color.
◆Application:
-HD OT 20 is generally used in unsaturated rubber formulations with high sulfur content, especially when the number of added parts exceeds the solubility of soluble sulfur;
-HD OT 20 has a low migration rate, even dispersion and a long scorch time in rubber, which can improve the adhesion between copper coated steel wire and rubber. Therefore, it is widely used in tire steel wire adhesive formulations and OTR tires;
-HD OT 20 can also be used in vulcanized rubber products with high performance requirements.

It can also be used in rubber products such as cables, rubber rollers, oil seals, rubber shoes, etc., and also used in light-colored rubber products with large sulfur consumption. Due to the insoluble sulfur can make the meridian, steel wire and rubber paste more firmly, effectively prevent the rubber spray Frost, improve the heat resistance and wear resistance of the tire.
