Led by Liu Yusheng and Li Yuancheng, famous electrical experts in the industry, the company employs the professional talents from the Electronic Control Department of Sichuan Kunlun Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the Electronic Control Department of Shanghai Zhongman Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd., the Electronic Control Department of Zhongman Petroleum Drilling Technology Co., Ltd. as well as social elites. ZEET is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongman Oil and Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd. (ZPEC). ZPEC is located in the Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone of Shanghai. The major businesses of the company include petroleum drilling engineering; geological surveys; petroleum equipment; import and export of petroleum equipment, spare parts and technologies; the construction, operation, and management of vehicle natural gas filling stations; and the installation and technical services for vehicle natural gas equipment. The company is one of the largest private enterprises specializing in comprehensive petroleum and natural gas services. The company has acquired the ISO9001 Quality System Certification and is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). ZPEC also holds “National Grade-A Qualification in Geological Survey”. The company has the business in the petroleum drilling engineering, petroleum equipment manufacturing as well as oil and gas exploration and development. ZEET is dedicated to the design, manufacturing and post-sales services of the electrical control and power distribution systems of oil equipment as well as the sales of related spare parts. Based on the rig business of Zhongman Group, ZEET has developed various rig electrical control and power distribution system that can be applied to marine and land conditions (including deserts, mountains, marshes and shallows). The major products include : 1) electrical control system for 2,000 – 9,000 m AC variable frequency rigs; 2) electrical control system for 2,000 – 7,000 m DC electronic rigs; 3) electrical control systems of various mechanical and electronic combination drive rigs; 4) driller cabins for AC rigs, DC rigs, mechanical rigs, mix-power rigs; 5) well site power distribution systems for AC rigs, DC rigs, mechanical rigs, mix-power rigs; and 6) electrical control systems for various on-board drillers, workover rigs, well cementing vehicles, and crushing vehicles. The high standard for the electrical control system of petroleum drilling machines has laid a solid technical foundation for ZEET.
