China Yantai Friction Co. Ltd. ("Yantai Friction") is a wholly owned subsidiary company of China City Construction Holding Group Company ("CCCC"). It is incorporated in December 2009 in the beautiful coastal city of Penglai, Shandong Province. The company plant occupies over 470, 000 sqm in Penglai city. Its initial capital injection from its parent company exceeded RMB 500 million and the company currently employs over 500 highly trained and qualified professionals. The company has a combined focus on Production, Research & Development and Product Distribution, capable of producing a wide range of frictional products for passenger cars, CV trucks, trains and industrial machineries both in original equipment and after market manufacturing whereby 70% of our products are distributed to the international market, particularly in the USA and the EU market, and 30% of our products are distributed to the high-end local market. With heavy focus on R&D, CYFC aims to build one of worlds most advanced R&D centre in the coming years to serve the growing needs of the international market.
