Hebei AlllandSteel Pipe Manufacturing Co., LTD is one of the largest manufacturers that produce thick wall and large diameter double submerged arc welding steel pipe in China. Our factory is established in 2009, and located in Cangzhou city, Hebei province-the capital of China Pipeline Equipment. It is quite near the high-speed West Station of Cangzhou city . The total investment is 0.5 billion yuan,including the fixed assets of RMB 0.4 billion yuan and the circulating fund of RMB 0.1 billion yuan. Our company covers a area of 60000 square meters. The annual producing capacity of double submerged arc weldingsteel pipeis two hundred thousand tons,the wind power generation pole is more than 5000 pieces. There are 240 workers in our company, and including the professional and technical engineers more than 40 people.
Our company has imported the advanced JCOE productive equipment and the inspection equipment, we will do the UT testing, RT testing on line, and the Hydrostatic testing during the production. Sizes: OD 406mm-OD1620mm, length: 2m-20m,thickness: 6.35mm-60mm.Standard: API 5L PSL1/PSL, API5L PSL2 NACE MR0175, ASTM A53/106, GOST STANDARD, EN10217, EN10219,DIN STANDARD,GB/T9711.1, GB/T9711.2,ECT. Material: Q235,Q345,L175-L555,X42-X80.
The application: our LSAW pipes are exported in China and abroad, they are wildly used for oil and gas transferring and construction. Such as: oil pipeline project, natural gas urban pipeline, water pipeline, coal mine coal slurry pipeline, transmission lines, wind power, Bridges, high-speed rail steel structure building, and so on.
Pipeline Anti-corrosion Coating and Insulating CO.,LTD.It covers the area of 60000 square meters, and three international advances anti-corrosion production line for pipeline. Our anti-corrosion items are FBE, 2FBE, 2PE, 3PE, And the standard:DIN30670, DIN30671, SY/T0413-2002, SY/T0315-2000, Q/CNPC38-2002.
