Hunan south Electric Co., Ltd. (formerly Xiangtan Nanfang electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1980, formerly known as the Xiangtan City Industrial and mining electric locomotive factory, in 2000 through the restructuring and the formation of modern management model of joint-stock enterprises. Now Chinese Electric Appliance Industry Association Branch of the governing unit of electric traction. Company building area of 26000 square meters, of which production workshop covers an area of about 19000 square meters, the main products of the company: trolley locomotive, battery locomotive, charger, rectifier, DC traction motor, IGBT, DC chopper speed control device of variable frequency speed regulating device, AC frequency converter and other products.
