GMP certified Clean Rooms
With the central air condition system and the frequently disinfected workshop, the manufacturing facility is controlled completely and thoroughly at Fomed. Thanks to the vertical production flow segregated from the personal flow, the medical devices finished in our controlled areas and clean rooms are NO DOUBT with the minimized bio- burden, thus to save your sterilization cost and to avoid any potential safety risks.
EO / steam sterilization facilities:
Fomed set up its in-house sterilization capabilities using CE marked chambers and got approved by FDA as an FDA official contract sterilizer. TUV, a well-known worldwide notify party, came to audit the whole sterilization process and issued the certificates of ISO11135. More importantly we follow the requested procedures in the aspects of the validation, process running, product release, etc. The success of such sterilization capabilities not only helps us to provide an extended service, but also makes our sterile products extremely competitive in the market.
R&D and laboratory:
Fomed has made many breakthroughs in its technical reform and innovation, and provided customers with hundreds of innovative products through thousands of initiative projects. We specialize in assisting our customers to develop new products and to improve current products, in order to upgrade the quality and
lower the cost, we set up a new laboratory up to the latest standard, which can make product experiments and researches, and perform all the required basic tests and inspections per required by U.S. P, B.P, European Norms, etc, for single-use disposable medical devices. It is a laboratory verified to meet ISO standard and equipped with loads of precise instruments and devices. We expect that more and more products with high value-added or technology intensive features will come from our R&D centre.
