The head office of INI HYDRAULIC CO.,LTD is located in BEILUN district, Ningbo, a national level development zone. The company covers a total area of 240,000 sqm, with building area of 150,000 sqm. We specialize in manufacturing hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydrostatic drives, hydraulic winches, planetary gearboxes, high precision synchronizing flow dividers and whole set of hydraulic systems.
These patented products are widely used in construction machinery, petroleum, coal mining,geological prospection, marine, metallurgical, light industry, agriculture, and environmental protection. Our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Germany, USA, Netherlands, Australia, Turkey, India, Russia, Korea and so on.
The company has more than 250 sets of advanced machining equipments. Imported machines account for 50%, and CNC machines are more than 70%. We have 63 sets of inspection machines, including three 3D measuring machines, gear measuring machine, universal gear measuring machine, optical spectrum analyzer, digital ultrasonic inspection machine, universal toolmaker's microscope, and particle counter. We established test labs for hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors and hydrostatic drives, assembly workshop for high-speed motors, and 16 test stands to do factory tests for various types of products.
The company got ISO9001 quality system certification, CCS certification, CE certification, and EC type MED certification. The turnover of 2011 reaches RMB 400,000,000.
