Weihai Tongge Technology Co., Ltd established in 1992, is engaged in research, manufacture and sale of hydrocyclone polyurethane elastomer and polyurethane screen panels . The company was certified the Quality System Certification of ISO 9001:2008 Standard, The plant is located in the Development Zone of Weihai Torch Technology Industry, a beautiful coastal city.
Our purpose is technology, quality, integrity, and service. We cooperate with domestic relevant science and research institutes on technology and have a team of excellent modelselection engineers and formula process engineers. We are able to create the polyurethane formula system and process, according to the different service environments’ request; also able to manufacture the most applicable products by adjusting the hydrocyclone’s structure and parameter, according to different separation request.
Our products are widely usedfor the mining, oil, coal, electricity, chemical industry, machinery, textile, paper making, and environmental protection and so on,also exported to USA, Brazil, Indonesia, Russia and so on. Our hydrocyclone FX100JⅢand FX165JⅢ(steel shell and inner lining with high-performance polyurethane material) for flue gas desulfurization, the service life and applicability is longer and better than that similar imported products; New structure hydrocyclones FX660TV and FX250NIIBIV have better classification result; The elastomer structural adhesive TG-MJ01, independent research and development by ourselves, is able to ensure the hydrocyclone inner lining ceramic plate not take off under the condition of strong shocks.
Our products alsoreach the domestic advanced level, including ofdynamic mechanics performance polyurethane, high temperature resistance polyurethane, super wear-resisting polyurethane,self lubricating polyurethane piston, low hardness and high strength polyurethane and so on. Our polyurethane wear-resisting screen panels have the excellent performances including of wear-resisting, high strength, high elasticity, good damping energy absorption which are from polyurethane elastomer, also oil resistance, low temperature resistant, heat-resisting, natural ageing resisting, radio resistance, electric insulation and so on.
