JIANGSU EYEFUL ALU-SLUGS MATERIAL CO., LTD., one branch of Musen Group, located in Funing Economic Development Zone ,is a large aluminum processing factory and specialized in slugs used for collapsible tube, aerosol cans ,beer bottle ,etc. The annual outputs can get up to 35000 Tons. All of these Slugs are widely applied to foodstuff industry, pharmaceuticals industry, commodity business and so on. they occupy a large scale share in China market,and adopted by QingDao Beer, Carlsberg companies etc for the beer bottles.Only high purity aluminium ingot imported from primary producers, is used in the production of Eyeful's slugs. The slug production process involves the use of aluminium melting furnaces, holding furnaces, automatic continuous strip casting machines, hot and cold rolling mills, automatic slug punching presses, annealing ovens, slug vibrators and inspection lines.
