Yeahest Group was established in 1983, starting from a stamping factory which have been expanded to be a 40000 square meters plant with more than 800 employees. Here we have different kinds of punch presses, Die casting machines ,CNC machines, plastic injection machines, Yeahest own mold design and production workshop, assembly lines and painting lines. We can produce different kinds of sheet metal and plastic injection components for many famous customers such as HP, Hisense, BYD, TCL, etc.
In 2003, Yeahest invested a more than 5000 square meters plant with Die casting machines, modern CNC machines, EDM machines, drilling & tapping machines and so on. And also have in-built oxidation workshop, professional painting workshop, and other surface treatment workshop. Here we can provideone-stop service including die casting/CNC machining, drilling&tapping, Grinding/Polishing, Sand Blasting, Brushing, Oxidation/Anodizing, Wet Painting/Powder Coating, Full Inspection .....
Besides our own factory and machines, we also have long-term cooperated profile factory who can help to provide extruded material to us for doing post production by CNC machining to finish some complex extrusion parts or heat sinks.Therefore, we can provide you all kinds of metal parts per your requirements at economical cost, fast delivery, and full set service.
In the past several years development, YEAHESThas developedan integrated quality system in IQC, IPQC, LQC, FQC, QA, andhave own a large amount of experienced workers and advanced inspection instruments, such as Three-Coordinate Measuring Machine, Salt Spray Testing Instrument, Hardness tester, etc.
