The company boasts 100,000 square meters of modern workshops and advanced production equipment, with automation and mechanization levels ranking among the top in the domestic industry.
Key equipment such as medium-frequency electric furnaces and spectrometers are imported from abroad, while the entire production line—including centrifugal molding, annealing, zinc spraying, finishing, and packaging—is at the leading level in China. The company operates its own 318-cubic-meter blast furnace, producing 1,200 tons of high-quality molten iron daily. Utilizing a dual-process system of blast furnace and electric furnace for short-flow continuous casting, the company primarily manufactures ductile iron pipes in various specifications ranging from DN80 to DN2600mm, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons. Its products are widely used in water supply, heating, sewage, and other engineering projects.
