ACP Sibalux possesses a variety of qualities: lightness, durability, rigidness, resistibility to corrosion and sound- and heat-insulating properties. The unique composition of the mineral core of SIBALUX panels accounting for their combination of elasticity and a high degree of fireproofness allows it to be used on buildings of any purpose, configuration and height, observing all the standards of fire safety. The pink color of the core serves as counterfeit protection. In designing of Sibalux panels special attention was paid to their fire resisting properties. Resulting from research and development conducted jointly with specialists from the Organic Chemistry Institute of Novosibirsk Academgorodok, we have been able to obtain special compound for fire-proof core, whith is a composition based on foamed polymer, magnesium hydroxide and other fire retarding materials including an unique ingredient mineral filler. Sibalux panels with the aluminum sheet of 0,4mm thick and based on U-Kon system were fire-tested in Kucherenko Research Institute of Building Structures and were tested for durability in Melnikov Research Institute of Building Structures. Pursuant to the results of the tests conducted, the Federal Standardization Center issued a technical certificate TS permitting to use the panels on buildings with K0 classification and without height and functionality limitations. Production is certified in accordance with the ISO-9001-2000 standards. Sibalux offers a wide range of colors and textures: metallic, monochromatic colors (30 standard colors are in Sibalux catalogue, all colors in RAL catalogue), sparkling colors, wood and stone imitation, scraped and mirror surfaces. Front sheet of the Sibalux panel has a multi-layer polymer coating Kynar-5000 with PVDF foundation, applied by thermal procession. The coating has increased breaking strength and resistibility to mechanical stress – impacts and pressure. Due to Kynar-5000, the material is reliably protected against the aggressive impact of the environment, corrosion and abrasive tear. As a result the face side of the Sibalux panel has increased resistibility to atmospheric exposure, to the impact of UF-radiation and industrial contamination, which ensures the long-living aesthetic value of any architectural solutions.
