Qingdao HUASU Company is closely following the development of plastic machinery industry in the whole world under a spirit of deploitation and innovation. Different kinds of PE, PVC pipe extrusion lines win a very good reputation both in domestic and foreign markets with their high quality and amusing efficiency. As the earliest company that developed and adopted Horizontal Structure with Chain Type Transmission Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can produce pipe from Ф38mm to Ф200mm, HUASU keeps a very good outstanding achievement during these years. In 2003, HUASU developed and adopted Horizontal Structure with Chain Type Transmission Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can do diameters from Ф200mm toФ500mm. In 2005, HUASU developed another new type Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can do PE pipe diameter from Ф32mm to 1200mm and PVC pipe from Ф38mm to Ф1000mm with Horizontal Structure and Shuttle Transmission. Under control of PLC from SIEMENS COMPANY and driving of Servmotors, this line realizes hermetic recycling water-cooling method, pipe two layers belling on line, etc. This line absolutely can replace the imported machines from developed countries.
Huasu company combines own technology and the latest foreign craft, got new breakthrough in PE, PP, PPR water supply lines and gas pipes production line, pipe diameters from 16mm till 1200mm. Specially designed multi-level direct air and cooling system, special high-pressure cooling system to ensure that the large diameter, high pressure level PE, PP, PPR, PVC pipe extrusion. Traction is available under the double-track tube size, three-jaw type, six-claw traction machine, control system imported from Europe is stable and reliable operation, using planetary cutting machine cutting, computer-controlled high degree of automation, maintenance-free long life cycle. PE, PP, PPR is widely used in city gas and water supply project, PVC drainage pipe can be used to produce various kinds of water supply, drainage PVC pipes.
Single wall corrugated pipe machines produced by our company can make pipe, diameter from 6mm to 200mm.This line can apply to PE,PP,PVC,EVA,PB material and it has a very high forming speed with even and smooth surface of finished pipes. The finished products specially are suitable for protection of wire cable in excellent cars.
