GRP Pipe And Fittings
(Glass Reinforced Plastic) or (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) piping systems are available in a variety of standard diameters ranging from 15mm to 4200 mm. HBFS offers and fittings to meet all national and international standards depending on the area and application. Combining the strength of GRP (FRP) and the chemical compatibility of plastics provides customers with a superior alternative to costly metal alloys and rubber-lined steel.
Application AreasDue to their excellent properties, HBFS GRP (FRP) or Dual Laminate piping systems can be used perfectly in several environments. These include all kinds of underground piping systems designed according to ISO 14692, AWWA 45, HG/T21633, HG/T21636 and GB/T21238. HBFS can also supply insulated piping systems for cooled water conduits used in tropical and subtropical regions or in cold environments. These include heat tracing to prevent the medium from freezing. The use of polyurethane insulation finished with a GRP (FRP) laminate ensures 100% vapour-tight insulation. HBFS can comply with any requirements relating to product identification.
