Polished stainless steel tube includes mechanically polished cleaning tube and bright annealing cleaning tube. The tubes need to be mechanical polished. Mechanical polishing can be divided into three steps: Coarse Grinding, Fine Grinding, QC of external surface(Visual exam of inner pipe, appearance inspection, roughness, roundness, outside diameter thickness). Then degreasing is necessary. Degreasing also includes three steps, namely degreasing, passivation, RO water rinse. After another inspection, all tubes can be packed and ready for shipment. We can polish a wide range of stainless steel tubes in diameter 4.0mm to 1219mm. And the wall thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 100mm.
