PB32A-3R-II Self-Climbing Concrete Placing Boom
The PB32A-3R-II placing boom(or we can call it self climbing placing boom)adopts high strength steel as its arm material. And the main electronic components are products of the world-famous brand, with high-quality. The whole machine is driven by hydraulic system and can be easily controlled by cable remote control or wireless remote control. Connected to a concrete pump, the machine can delivery and place the concrete quickly and accurately in a wide work range which can reach up to 32 meters.
The PB32A-3R-II model is upgrade model of TRUEMAX PB32A-3R concrete hydraulic placing boom. It continues the TRUEMAX high quality and also has been improved as the customer feedback we received in market. The total weight and max lifting weight is much less than before.
Features of Self Climbing Concrete Placing Boom
The boom is R-type folding design and it is fully hydraulically driven. It is more flexible in folding and unfolding, and has a wide range of placing concrete. The boom structure is made of high-strength steel plate with and less weight.
The whole placing boom is equipped with wireless remote control and wired remote control. The operation is easy and convenient. And when a remote control fails or the wireless remote control is interfered with by a signal, another remote control can be used to ensure that the construction will not be affected.
There are two types of internal climbing: climbing inside the floor and climbing in the elevator. Users can choose according to their own needs and meet the needs of different construction sites. The whole machine climbs up with its own jacking device, saving time and effort.
The main electrical and hydraulic components adopt international famous brands, and the quality is stable and reliable.
The whole machine is lighter at least 2~3 tons than other manufacturers placing boom. The floor bearing has been reduced.
The hydraulic pump station and the electric control cabinet are integrated on the lower support, which not only realizes the modular design, but also avoids the situation that the users at the construction site take over the wiring themselves, which not only reduces the failure rate and also is easy for installation.
The parts of the hydraulic pipeline that need to be connected on site use a quick connection joint, which not only makes the installation convenient and quick, but also avoids oil leakage.
Optimized the design of the hydraulic oil tank volume, which saves a lot of maintenance cost to change the hydraulic oil.
The hydraulic oil tank has its own liquid level sensor. If the hydraulic oil is not reaching the necessary level, the placing boom will stop automatically to avoids the oil pump sucking damage.
The weight of the lifting unit is greatly reduced, the lifting weight requirement for the construction tower crane is reduced, and the adaptability is wider.
The design of the components is compact and reduces transportation costs.
Without balance weight, which reduces the space limitation of the construction site.
