Made in China High-Quality Steel Mould for Curbstone & Retaining Wall Blocks
KBL Machinery provides precision-engineered steel moulds specifically designed for curbstone, retaining wall bricks, interlocking blocks, hollow blocks, and pavers. Our moulds are made from special wear-resistant steel and undergo carbonitriding heat treatment at 900–950°C, resulting in superior hardness (60–65 HRC) and extended service life of up to 120,000 cycles.
Each mould is customizable to client specifications, ensuring optimal fit for a wide range of block-making machines. With our advanced CNC technology and strict quality standards, KBL moulds deliver consistent shape accuracy and durability.
