High-End Permeable Paver Steel Mould – Kerbstone & Retaining Wall Brick Block Mold

Established in the 1990s, KBL Machinery boasts nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing steel moulds for concrete blocks. Since 2008, our molds have been widely exported to international markets and applied to top brands such as MASA, HESS, and ZENITH. Our production capacity reaches approximately 1,000 sets annually, covering hollow blocks, pavers, solid bricks, grass planting bricks, slope protection bricks, and more. Custom molds for special shapes are also available based on buyer needs.

As an integrated construction equipment manufacturer, we utilize Q345 and imported Italian steel, achieving a cycle life of 80,000 to 120,000 times. Thanks to CNC liner cutting and vacuum carburizing, our moulds feature a hardness of up to 62 HRC, ensuring excellent wear resistance and precision.
