Dual-stage plasticizing injection structure.
With plasticized parts divided into two structures, the upper half is the part for screw plasticizing
while the lower half is the injection metering part. As the plasticizing adopts the structure of extrusion
plasticizing, it has the advantages of continuous plasticizing, high plasticizing efficiency and performance.
The lower part adopts plunger metering structure. By the use of high-performance seals,
it features of accurate measurement and precsion injection, and the product has a high rate of one-time finishing.
