The forming line is imported from the SMS MEER Germany. Equipped with advanced liner forming technology and SMS MEER patent equal-rigid rolling stands. high-power edge milling machine,right angle coordinate milling saw,solid-high frequency,on-line seam inspection and MF-annealing,etc.
The finishing line equipped with advanced chamfering machine,traveling saw,milling cut-off unit, automatic servo-printing system,oiled,weld seam/body/end detector from NDA(Canada) and hydrostatic tester from Bronx(America).
The most advanced characteristic of this line is fully computer-controlledon-line changing roller and off-line disassembling roller.
