The AR Board
The A·R Board is a flocking metal composite panels which use alloy aluminum, hot-dip galvanized sheet , stainless steel and other materials as the substrate, and composite the organic fiber by a special professional technic. Compared with the original substrate, the material has better smoothness, corrosion resistance and prevent condensation drips function. Besides, it has some special characteristics, such as fire resistance, environmental protection, thermal insulation, sound absorption, light-absorbing, self-cleaning, easy to shape and so on.
The A·R Board solves the defect of fireproof performance that all the sound-absorbing soft packing material can’t do. Along with the two characteristics of sound-absorbing and fire resistance, it can provide more freedom of choice for designers. It is widely used in theaters, conference rooms, airports, stations, factories, stadiums and other large building roof and wall materials ; open ceiling ventilation ducts , integrated ceiling , TV background , bedside background wall decoration materials ; anti-condensation container roof , dust workshop , purification plant , anti-condensation workshops and other fields .
The A·R Board has passed the fireproof B - s1 detection of national Ministry of Public Security Fire Department; the test of sound absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, environmental protection of National Building Materials Testing Center; the test of anti-condensation, pressure and deformation of the items detected of National Air-Conditioning Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center ; Meanwhile, it obtains Japanese Fire Safety Certification.
