1.8-8mm Silver Mirror/Decorative bath dressing mirror
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
Made through a chemical sedimentation process. A specially treated silver sheet is coated on quality waveless float glass, followed by a sheet of copper, and then finished with two layers of paint for protection.
FEATURE:
1. Made of waveless float glass(our float glass from Saint-Gobain)
2. Double coated paint( the paint from FENZI)
3. Exact image, high reflectivity, reflection ratio is about 93%.
4. The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both CATI and CATII are available).
5. Deep processing, can be cut into any size and any shape and sand blast process is available.
6. Polished edge processing, round edge, flat edge and beveled edge, etc.
7. Packing, seaworthy wooden cases with paper interleave.
8. In order to meet the environment requirements of EU 、USA and other countries , we can also produce copper free silver mirror.
