QTJ4-35A Brick Making Machine
QTJ4-35A Block Forming Machine is one of the well sold models of our factory. This machine is very easy in operating. For this machine, a larger reductor of high quality is equipped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings, thickened square steel frame is used and wear resisting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged. A special super strong vibrator with larger capacity is used. The block products manufactured with both pressing and vibrating forces from upper and bottom are high in density and good in strength. This machine is an ideal equipment for medium and small sized block manufacturers. (This machine can be used with standard brick moulds to achieve multifunction with one model.)
