Tower crane QTZ125
QTZ125 tower crane is a machine developed by our company. It is a hydraulic auto-lift
tower machine without tower cap and characteristic of upper-circumgyrating, horizontal arm and variable range with small cabin. The lifting moment is 1250KN.m. When independently installed, the maximum lifting height can reach 50m, and with attachments the lifting height can reach 163m. The maximum lifting power is 8 tons, the lifting power at max. range is 1.5 tons, and the max. range of it is 60m.
The machine is scientific in design and without any tower cap. It is beautiful in appearance, easy to install, superior in quality, reasonable in price, safe and reliable. It is an ideal construction machine for construction enterprises. The machine has four kinds of work structures: lifting, circumgyrating, variable ranges, and top lifting. The four structures can work in combination as well as independently so as to improve work efficiency. The top lifting structure is used to increase the height of the tower or lower the tower. The lifting structure makes use of double-speed wire winding motor, switching off resistor step by step by series-wound resistors, so as to produce various different speeds to satisfy varied requirements. The circumgyrating takes double gyrating and at the same time the motor applied is wire winding motor, so the start and stop are quite balanced. The range adjusting structure makes use of tri-speed motor equipped with arrester, with long life. The lifting arm can rotate 540 to the left and right. The circumgyrating and range adjusting are agile and reliable, and the hoisting positioning is accurate. Thus the crane can satisfy the need for vertical and horizontal transportation in construction operation.
The machine is equipped with safety facilities such as weight limiter, moment limiter, lifting height limiter, range limiter and circumgyrating limiter, which are sensitive and reliable and can guarantee the normal operation of the machine. Besides, it is ready with rest platform and guardrails. The driver’s room is independently set, beautiful in appearance, broad in visual field, with enough inner space and easy to operate.
The crane can be widely used in the construction of higher hotels, residential buildings, higher industrial buildings, large-span workshops, high chimneys and silos.
The min. tonnage of the truck crane for installation of this machine is 40t.
