Construction liftre
As the latest generation of construction elevating product SC200/200 Construction elevator was designed by Construction Mechanization Institute of China Academy of Building Research,developed and manufactured by our factory. It is equipped with advanced technologies and it performs to be safe reliable easy to be maintained etc.
This product could be widely applied to construction fields such as industrial and civil construction projects bridge construction well construction large chimney harbor construction etc. It is the ideal equipment for transmitting construction materials and workers and can be used as permanently or semi-permanently elevator in areas like warehouse and high tower etc.
This construction elevator has characteristics as following:
1. It is equipped with fully safety devices to guarantee the safe working such as anti-falling tripper short circuit protection phase failure protection phase open protection top, bottom limit and limit switches of suspension cage electrical and mechanical interlock devices mounted on lower cage.
2. Stable running and comfortable adaptability. The driving unit was designed to locate at top of suspension cage which enlarges the inner space of the cage. And it has more stable transmission and less vibration which provides construction workers a comfortable and spacious working environment.
3.The transmission system adopted three drive motors and three sets of reduction gears as two independent devices. Every motor is equipped with DC drive electromagnetic brake and the friction brake unit has auto-tracking function to adjust the braking clearance automatically so that to improve the braking performance. The equipment adopted planar double-enveloping worm gears reducer and it has virtues like compact size high efficiency high loading capacity long lifetime etc. It could be about 4-5 times of general worm gear’s lifetime.
4.It has simple electrical control system convenient to be maintained and low failure rate.
