Based on MC310 K12 tower crane, RCT7032-12 topkit tower crane is newly developed by Run Tower Crane. It is a multi-function high-level slewing and self-elevating crane with a horizontal arm and a trolley travel system for the driver cabin. The self-erecting crane consists of metal structures, driven mechanisms, a hydraulic jacking system, an electric control system and safety devices, etc. It features reasonable arrangement, nice appearance, easy operation and maintenance. Its maximum jib length is 70 meters, the maximum hoisting capacity is 12t and the maximum load moment is 2200kN•m.

The hydraulic jacking system is applied to remove or add mask sections. In this way, the hammerhead tower crane can rise or descend with a building's ascending or descending. Meanwhile, the crane's hoisting capacity wouldn't go down because of rising of itself.

The hoisting mechanism features high working speed, great speed control performance, stable operation and high efficiency. With double motors and a angle transmission gearbox, the hoisting mechanism ensures low-speed heavy loading, high-speed light loading. The maximum hoisting speed is 80m/min.

The motor used to drive the trolleying mechanism is designed with three speeds and it works with a small volume planetary reducer.

The slewing mechanism is driven by a torque motor with an eddy current retarder brake. The motor features a wide speed adjustable range and non impact. The slewing mechanism achieves high bearing capacity and smooth startup and brake.

The hammerhead tower crane has a wide working range and multiple working modes. By changing or adding components and auxiliary devices, the horizontal jib tower crane can be altered to independently fixed or attached type to meet different requirements.

The hammerhead tower crane is also designed with safety features. Every mechanism is equipped with brakes to ensure safe and reliable operation. The crane comes with various limiters including moment limiter, overload limiter, slewing limiter, trolley travel limiter and height limiter and protection devices for situations with broken cabin rope involved.

The cabin is installed separately on one side of the tower. It provides full view and a great working environment. Air conditioner is optional. Customers can order from us or buy by themselves. The jib is held by a rigid duplex pull rod and it has a lightweight structure. Mask sections are assembled using fishplates, which leads to safety, reliability and easy transportation.

The power switch provided by users themselves should have maximum rated current over 250A. The switch should be installed at the same side of the incoming line of the power supply on the tower chassis and kept less than 3 meters from the mast sections.

With all these characteristics mentioned above, our hammerhead tower crane is suitable for many circumstances including high-rise restaurants, residential buildings, high-rise industrial buildings, large scale industrial plants, tall chimneys built with sliding mode method and simple warehouses, etc.
