DX steel double wall pump pipe adopts chrome carbide steel which has much better abrasion resistane than inductive heat-treated steel.
The abrasion resistance of DX centrifugal casting pipes is 6 times better than that of normal mangaese (Mn) steel and inductive heated pipes.
Application of chrome carbides liners improves at least 4-5 times of normalheat-treated pipes.
