Diesel driven power winch used in mining, construction for Cable Pulling is composed of roller drum, gearbox, diesel engine and base frame. Working principle: The winch groove is used to directly connect the wire rope to the traction slot, with diesel engine, motor as power, gearbox speed to achieve the required speed, the machine is located in the steel structure, stable and easy to move.
Diesel driven power winch used in mining, construction for Cable Pulling used for hoisting and transport heavy goods, such as steel structure, the installment of the machine equipment and the travel crane. Diesel Engine Power Winch apply to the out door site where have not electric supply. Use this type winch, user don't need take the generator, power supply by diesel engine, it is a ideal product for pulling and lifting work in remote are without electric supply. Also it can as anchoring winch on ship and platform. Diesel Engine Power Winch of the machine are frequency conversion stepless speed change. The features of structure: stepless speed change, two stage trig (high speed and low speed), operation safely and convenient.
1. The rope of drum should line up, if the wire is overlapped and crossed, the operator should stop electric winch and line up the wire rope again. It is prohibited that people pull and step on the rope when the winch is working. The wire rope is allowed not to release fully,at lease it remain 3 circle of rope.
2. The wire rope is not allowed to knot and twist around. If the broken wire rope is more than 10% within a pitch, the wire rope should be replaced.
3. When the electric winch is working, anyone should not step over the wire rope. After the materials are lifted by the winch , the operators should not leave it. when people rest, the materials or cage should be in the ground.
