FTM VSI Crusher/Sand Maker/Sand Crusher
Along with the improvement of scientific technology, artificial aggregates are more and more used in water conservancy and hydropower industries. Working way of VSI crusher can be classified into closed-circuit production and open-circuit production. For each one of them, there are subdivisions. At present, most VSI crushers adopt the closed-circuit production. Materials used for closed circulation include two parts: 5-40mm sand materials and 2.5-5mm fine sand.
According to the results of sand-making experiments, sand-production rate is relatively low and energy consumption is quite high when it refers to the closed-circuit production.We find out there are two reasons. After the primary crushing, coarse stones gradually become round and solid.
