Maxtube 28 Pipe Production Line

we are famous for our production line for pipe manufacturing, and our Maxtube 28 pipe production line is specially designed to produce Φ10-Φ38mm and δ0.5-1.5mm high-frequency straight seam welded tube, square tube and special-shaped tube (δ≤1.2mm). In addition, we can manufacture pipe production line in accordance with customers’ requirements. Absorb advanced pipe making technology from domestic and overseas, our products are economical and practical.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process of 0.5-1.5mm steel pipe production pine is composed of uncoiling, molding, welding, polishing, sizing, straightening and cutting, etc. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within proper range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
