Installation Details for the FTM Wood Pellet Mill

As its name implies, wood pellet mill is a machine used to suppress materials into wood pellets. The following content will discuss about the details of installation for the wood pellet making machine. According to the site field, you should well place the dynamo, power distribution cabinet and conveyor, etc. Besides, you should carefully check the fixing condition of screws for connecting the dynamo and transmission part. If screws become loosened, you should immediately fix them.

Ifdynamo of wood pellet machineis in the model of FTM-6000, you should use six copper cables with area more than 16mm² to connect the dynamo with power distribution cabinet together. The order for connecting should be in sequence. Copper cables for connecting the feeding conveyor and power distribution cabinet should be three with area more than 1.5mm². Coppers cables, just like the above, can also be used as the power lines to connect the products conveyor and power distribution cabinet.

If the power distribution cabinet is in the model of FTM-6000, you can use the four phase cables. Among which, there of them with areas larger than 30mm² should be connected with the live wires of power capacity. While, for the remaining cable with area larger than 10mm², it can be connected with the null line of power capacity. Last, you should carefully check the power lines for the fear of anypower system fault.
