Latest Excellent Airflow Dryer for Sale/Airflow Dryer Manufacturer
The latest excellent airflow dryer for sale, known as a hot airflow impulse dryer or air current dryer, is also called hot air pipe dryer with advantages like direct heating and quick drying. It can be folded for installation to save space. Airflow type dryer can be used as the ideal device to dry powdery, flake and heat sensitivity materials like starch, rice flour, food, medicine and chemical industries.
Latest excellent airflow dryer for sale/airflow dryer manufacturer is easy operation, high efficiendy and easily control of sawdust drying degree. Hot airflow type drier, also called pipeline type drier, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production.
Performance of Latest Excellent Airflow Dryer for Sale/Airflow Dryer Manufacturer
1. The maximum particle parameter of airflow dryer is up to 10mm.
2. The selection of airflow dryer rmodels depend on the original moisture content of raw materials.
3. Airflow dryer is simple, occupy smaller wet area, so it's very convenient for smaller workning site.
4. Wide applicability, airflow dryer can be used for various powder materials, mainly sawdust, crushed straw, rice husk and so on.
5. This airflow dryer can reduce moisture 20%-50% of the materials at one time with the advantages of lower consumption and high efficiency.
6. Materials are suspend in the hot air flow, material contact area with hot air is large, airflow sawdust dryer heat transfer coefficient ishigher compacted with the ordinary dryer.
7. Usually contact time is very short, most of the material only between 0.5-5s, the longest 5 minutes, therefore is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials of low melting point. But our airflow dryer contact time can be controlled.
Operation Principle of Latest Excellent Airflow Dryer for Sale/Airflow Dryer Manufacturer:
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.
