When installed, covered line wireis classified as a naked conductor due to without an electrically insulation. The given code names apply to standard polyethylene line wire. The conductors are 1350-H19 AAC, 6201-T81 AAAC, or ACSR conductors that are crosslinked polyethylene, high density polyethylene (HD), or polyethylene that has been concentrically stranded for weatherproofing (XLPE).
