640 SWIR InGaAs High Cost-Performance Camera USB2.0

The 640 series is based on an InGaAs detector with a 640 x 512 pixel resolution.

Our USB vision cameracamera is offered with a full-frame rate of 50Hz. The camera comes with a USB 2.0 Vision interface and features low weight and power. The GH-SW640-U2 cameras equipped with swir vision systemsmeet requirements of high sensitivity in the SWIR range, showing the excellent performance in a variety of swir applications, such as surveillance, security, machine vision, line-scan inspection, process monitoring, laser beam profiling, scientific research. We also offer a visible enhanced short-wave infrared imaging(VisSWIR) option for extended wavelength response into the visible band.
