Product Description Pert Floor Heating Pipe Extruder Machine  Floor Heating Pipe Machinery, also called PERT pipe machine  used to produce PERT pipes, which are widely used in  drinking water pipe system, which is adopted by many developed countries nowadays as new type product, which is sanitary, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly. It also owns advantages for heat resistance, pressure resistance, energy saving, and long service life.  Features:1. Screw Type: special single screw extruder for polyolefin with high extruding speed and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.2. Extrusion Type: specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.3. Pipe Dia: 16mm to 25mm, extruding speed 16 m/min.  Processing flow of PERT pipe production line:Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
