CCTV DVR KIT:The BY-C3K720FD1 CCTV DVR kit is a 4 channel hybrid 960H / AHD security DVR system that is compatible with all analog CCTV cameras and AHD CCTV cameras (720p and 1080p) that use BNC video connectors. AHD cameras are a new standard for high definition video over coax. 960H is the wide screen format for CCTV cameras which supports 960 x 480 pixel resolution. 960H resolution, also known as wide D1, is a wider format (looks better on widescreen monitors) than traditional analog cameras, which support 704 x 480 resolution. CCTV Camera Pros highly recommends these 1080p security cameras, now that all iDVR-PRO models support AHD type cameras.The DVR is capable of recording on all 4 camera channels at 30 frames per second up to 720p resolution (1280 x 720). This is known as real time recording. The DVR supports 240 FPS total at 720p, 960H, and D1 resolution. 1080p AHD cameras can be recorded at 15 frames per second per camera - 120FPS total at 1080p. The Byvision series of security recorders include some of the best software applications to monitor and manage these systems from iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows,devices.
