DC current / voltage dual output signal conditioner amplifier
Features:

● Power / signal input / two-way signal output，isolation 3000VDC, four-port isolated.
● Auxiliary power supply: 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V.
● SIP-16 meets UL94V-0 flame retardant package.
● 0-75mV/0-5V/0-10V/0-±100mV/0-±10Vvoltage signal or 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-±20mA current signal isolation, amplifier and converter
● Temperature range: -45~+85 ℃
